The project journey is separated into 4 phases, so that you can develop your project to the level that you require.
From a feasibility study, to final fit out, our team of experienced project managers will work with you to make sure your new course is suited perfectly to your needs, delivered on time and on budget.
We want to make sure that you have everything that you need to run a successful mini golf business.
Our feasibility study will arm you with a set of floor-plans, a piece of concept art and some simple financial forecasts for your business.
This is not only a great tool for understanding your future business, as well as an invaluable asset when trying to raise finance.
DESIGN PHASE
We design and build all of our courses at our workshop in East London. Our unique designs are all created bespoke by a team with experience of building over 30 courses.
Our design team also work in the film and television industries, so we are used to delivering a high end finished product, on tough deadlines and on changing budgets.
The design studio is based in East London so we are very accessible for international clients to visit our workshops and studios.
CONSTRUCTION
We work with trusted contractors, freelance artisans and creatives to craft your crazy golf creation. Each and every course is handmade in East London, so you can come and see your course being made.
We make sure to take videos and photos throughout the process to keep you up to date with construction, if you are not able to visit regularly.
All of the wood we use is sourced from FSC registered forests and we make sure to create as little waste as possible so you can be sure that we are making your business as sustainable as possible.
DELIVERY & INSTALL
Once the workshop construction has been completed we will send the course to site to be installed by our team, or by local contractors.
Most of the project will be built off site so we will not get in the way of any ongoing business or other contractors on site during a venue construction.
Some of the course designs can be set up by the client if costs are needed to be saved.
