Plonk Golf Terms and Conditions

Important: Due to Corona Virus if a guest is suspected to be unwell and there is a sanitary risk, they will be kindly asked to leave or not attend and their booking will be rescheduled for a later date.

Online Payment Policy

  • We do not store customer credit card details
  • You will be charged from, Plonk Golf Ltd or it may appear as “Plonk Golf” on your account statement
  • We do not send out or deliver tickets. If you are unable to receive them via email, then they can be collected at our venues before or on the day of play.

Cancellation / Payment / Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds for bookings cancelled due to Covid – 19 closures and compromised hours. We will reschedule your booking free of charge.

  • Bookings are not refundable in any circumstances, except where Plonk Golf LTD cancel your event through no fault of your own and Plonk Golf LTD are unable to offer a suitable replacement date.
  • Refunds will be made within 72 hours of complaint or issue being settled.
  • Plonk Golf LTD will wherever possible, consider requests to exchange or postpone bookings subject to a minimum of 72 hours notice is given, at our discretion. Please email [email protected]  if you wish to amend your booking and we will send you a confirmation email documenting any changes to your event.
  • Plonk Golf LTD cannot guarantee to make any changes to bookings requested less than 72 hours before your booking.
  • Plonk Golf LTD will make best efforts wherever possible to amend bookings at our discretion.
  • Plonk Golf LTD does not allow a booking to be amended or postponed for more than 30 days.
  • Plonk Golf LTD are unable to accept disruption to public transport or local road networks as grounds for cancellation.
  • Plonk Golf Ltd reserve the right, subject to offering you a replacement date or a full refund, to cancel your booking without liability in the event our ability to accommodate your party is hindered or made impossible by circumstances outside our reasonable operational control.
  • For corporate or group bookings of more than 10 people, please contact info@plonk golf.co.uk. A member of our team will be in touch. For group or corporate bookings we take the payment over the phone to secure your desired date / time. Our staff then immediately send you an invoice and receipt electronically. Plonk Golf do not offer a deposit scheme or reserve your time slot without full payment

General Terms of Admission

  • Your safety is our prime concern. All Plonk Golf customers are expected to behave responsibly throughout the duration of their visit to the golf course.
  • Plonk Golf management and staff reserve the right to refuse a booking/ticket/voucher of any attendee who is seen to be drunk or under the influence of drugs; behaving in a violent antisocial manner; causing a nuisance whether criminal or civil.
  • Plonk Golf reserve the right, in its discretion to refuse entry to any customer.
  • All customers are permitted to use Plonk Golf’s facilities and equipment at their own risk.
  • Plonk Golf customers must comply with any instructions given by Plonk Golf staff about matters of health and safety, golf course operation and security.
  • Plonk Golf does not accept any liability for any loss or damage to an individual’s clothing or personal belongings.
  • Please make every effort to arrive on time for your rounds of golf. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, you may lose your chance to play and no refund will be offered.
  • Plonk Golf does not have a dress code policy. However, there are some narrow walkways, raised edges, ramps and steps so high heeled shoes are worn at the customer’s risk.
  • Plonk Golf does not allow hats or hoods that cover the customer’s face on any course, for security reasons. Plonk Golf staff may ask the customer to remove their hat or hood while on the course. If the customer refuses, their round of golf is forfeit at the host’s discretion.
  • Plonk Golf allows under 18’s in certain venues namely; Plonk Walthamstow until 8 pm, Plonk Hackney until 7 pm.
  • Plonk Golf does not allow under 21’s after 5 pm at Plonk Battersea.

Plonk Golf Pop Up Range Terms and Conditions of use

  • Plonk Golf pop up range is for use by those members of the public who are seven years old and older.
  • Plonk Golf pop up range is free to play however we do ask that you sign our mailing list for us to keep you up to date with our activities and future events.

  • You may only play the game three times, but this is at the discretion of the PLonk Golf staff, and only if you have not won a prize in previous plays.

Plonk Voucher Terms and Conditions

  1. Voucher may only be exchanged by the authorised bearer at the Plonk Golf venue specified on this voucher for one round of golf at;……………………
  2. To use your Plonk voucher to purchase your Plonk ticket at the venue, bring this voucher to the venue and present to staff.
  3. Voucher can only be used in conjunction with a paying customer or for solo play.
  4. Voucher only valid at the named venue for GLL use, to be used within 2 weeks of issuance (insert issuance date ………..), the voucher is non-transferable and only valid when presented with the customers GLL membership card.
  5. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount, the voucher cannot be resold.
  6. This voucher is for your personal use only.
  7. This voucher is valid within 30 days of receipt excluding GLL use.
  8. Tickets/vouchers are subject to availability, normal age restrictions, and any other relevant standard terms and conditions including Plonk’s general admission terms.

PLONK GOLF BYOB POLICY

  • Plonk Golf is to be able to offer its customers BYOB if their drinks are purchased off-site at an Off License – NOT FROM A BAR ON SITE at our Camden, Shoreditch and Peckham Levels venues with ntry on a BYOB ticet purchased through our website.
  • Plonk Golf Customers are allowed to You can bring up to 2 canned or bottled drinks up to 330ml per drink –  per player for 1 Round and up to 4 canned or bottled drinks up to 330ml per drink – per player for 2 Rounds bookings. They must be canned or bottled.
  • No bottles of liquor are allowed on site under any circumstances.
  • Pre-canned liquor such as gin and mixer, or vodka and coke is permitted.
  • Bottles/cans with no clear branded label as to the contents will not be allowed on the course.
  • 1/2 a bottle of wine per person is permitted in place of 2 canned or bottled drinks of up to 330ml per player for 1 Round and up to 4 canned or bottled drinks per player for 2 Rounds bookings canned/bottled drinks.
  • All glass drinks receptacles must be decanted into plastic cups before play.
  • Plonk Golf Staff will make sure there are plastic cups for transfer of drinks.
  • Customers who have too much to drink will not be allowed to play. Please see our main terms and conditions.
  • Plonk golf Staff reserve the right not to let anyone on the course which has had too much to drink
  • Plonk Golf will ask IDs to people looking under 25 to be sure everyone is above age who is in the building past 7 pm.
  • No children are allowed in the Camden Market Plonk venue past 7 pm
  • Plonk Golf staff reserve the right to hold drinks off of customers if they have brought too many to the site. Their drinks will be given back to them after their game
  • Customers are to leave the venue respectfully and quietly.
