How do I make a booking?

Select the venue, choose your ticket type from the list, then choose the number of players and enter this into the white box where it says ’rounds’, now you will be prompted to choose your date and starting time.

How do I make a larger group booking?

To make a group booking you will have to select multiple consecutive time slots.

For example a group of 15 players; you will need to split into teams following each other around the course as our venues have a maximum of 4/6players per slot:

Select 5 players, then choose the date and three consecutive time slots.

This is only for our booking system, all three groups will start their game at the same time. You may have to add each slot to the basket as you go.

If you have made a 1-hour booking, there may be people finishing their round when you arrive.


I have booked for a group but it says ‘Quantity 1’?

Do not worry, this relates to the overall order, not the number of players, where it says ’rounds’ is where your number of players are.

I want to book a party

If your group is 10 or more please contact us direct via e-mail, our team will help you book this in. We can also offer private hires for groups on wekdays. Children’s parties are welcome at all suitable venues/times.

Fever, Timeout and other partner tickets

Contact us directly on the phone or via e-mail to book in your slot once purchased through one of the above vendors. You must show your purcase e-mail. You cannot walk in with these tickets and they must be booked in advance.

Do I need a print out of my ticket?

You do not need to print your ticket.

Just show it on your mobile device to a member of staff on arrival.


Do you accept walk-ins?

We always welcome walk-ins, our staff member will allocate the next available time slot. Online bookings always receive priority. We recommend booking on Saturdays.

What if more players would like to join my group?

We welcome players to come along and pay on arrival. We will be able to reshuffle your group to get everyone playing together.

For more people, we recommend making a booking on our website for the time slot after your original booking.


What must I bring?

A member of staff will be handing out golfing equipment and assist if you have any questions during your game with us. You will be using a digital scorecard on your mobile, or a printed handout.

You do not need to wear specific clothing or shoes, we do however recommend flat shoes.


How long does a game take?

This depends on the group size and your golfing skills.

Our estimate is 30-60 minutes for 2 rounds. There is no time restriction, you can play as long as it takes to finish your game with us.


How do I reserve a table?

Tables can’t be reserved at our London Fields venue but we will assist you in the best way possible to accomodate you upon arrival.

Any food+drink packages?

Please contact the Plonk Golf office (see details below) directly and they will be able to provide package quotes.

Are children allowed on your courses?

Children are welcome on most of our courses, but please check the specific venue page for details’ – they aren’t allowed in Hoxton or Shoreditch.

Children must be at least 7 years old and be accompanied by an adult at all times. Unfortunately, our member of staff will not be able to look after children on the course.
